Reservation list is now open! The list is a 1st come 1st serve basis (do not email, you must call)

Only Nightly rates available during festival dates.

No discounts applied. We do not raise rates.

If you have a multiple night reservation and have not had prior communication with the office and do not arrive by 9am, on the 2nd day of your reservation your site will be forfeited, your card will be charged for your FULL stay.

All rates are for a 2 person occupancy. Additional person(s) are charged $3.00 p/night.

Was it aliens, a weather balloon, or a space ship? All we truly know is that a "Unidentified Flying Object" crashed Northwest of Roswell in 1947. It doesn't matter if you are a believer or non-believer , Roswell has something for everyone!
The 2025 UFO Fest is open to worldwide guests and possible guests from out of this world!
This years festival features immersive experiences, food and beverages from local eateries, and live music. The festival is family friendly and relatively friendly to your four legged babies as well!
